This patented encoder offers improved measurement reliability by increasing the resistance of the ruler to severe workshop conditions. Thanks to the electromagnetic induction AOS encoder, this calliper can be used without having to worry about contamination of the ruler surface during measurements. The detection signal is not affected by dirt (water, oil, etc.) on the surface of the ruler. Models with carbide spikes are particularly suitable for measuring just-cut parts, castings, grinding wheels, etc. The slide offers smooth sliding, stable operation and great comfort of use.
